 How to start your day in a healthy way for your body and mind? 

Every morning, Make an agreement with yourself. Consider one kind act you can do for yourself that day as soon as you get up. Enjoy a relaxing water massage. Cleanse your body and mind in the morning with a shower. Concentrate on pleasant thoughts and use the warm water’s pressure to activate your muscles. Take note of how the warm water and soap make your skin feel. Break your fast. Breakfast with healthy grains, fruit, and low-fat protein is high in fiber and low in fat. Journaling may provide you delight. Allow your imagination to drift to a pleasant recollection. After then, put down your feelings and ideas regarding that recollection. It could just be the pick-me-up you need in the morning. In the morning, move it. Wake up, y’all.

Plaque—which is a film of bacteria–builds in your mouth while you sleep. You should remove this plaque buildup by brushing as soon as you wake up.‏

Also, brushing coats the teeth with a protective layer of fluoride to guard against the sugars and acids introduced in the mouth at breakfast.‏
